Ridiculous!
Talk about a blatant abuse of power! Check out this crazy-ass story from Russia. Outrageous, for sure! Justin just told me that also, in Russia, if you're trying to run from the police, in your car, that if they catch you then they'll beat you down! Whoa...remind me never to roadtrip over there...
